Plot
Four kids make a mysterious discovery on their planet that leads them to get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy. The holographic circus that entertains Neel’s young siblings is a replica of Chewbacca’s family watch from the infamous The Star Wars Holiday Special (1978)..
So farthe first 2 episodes don’t break new ground or are very original, but that’s not a problem as it delivers on everything well
Featured AniMat’s Crazy Cartoon Cast: Silly Old Deadly Bear (2022) I’m happy to say that this is a high point as I know there will be a lot of hate directed at this show due to the recent ups and downs of Star Wars, so I’m happy to say that this is a high point. The cast and their performances are excellent, the costume/set design may be the best we’ve seen since Andor, the writing, especially the humorous banter between the kids, is good.
It’s giving me heavy Treasure Planet vibes
Again, nothing new, but it’s intriguing, and I’m excited to keep watching. As someone who hasn’t enjoyed the recent Star Wars myself, I was pleasantly surprised by Skeleton Crew.

I hope everyone who’s even slightly interested, or has been frustrated with the recent shows, gives it a chance. Star Wars is made for everyone, and this one is no exception.
